During Ramadan it's really easy to neglect your nutritional values, especially if you are fasting. It's important to remember that you still need your daily requirements including five-a-day servings of fruit and vegetables, as well as 2 litres of water.
If you don't look after yourself, then you might even find yourself coming down with an AC cold, which are rife at this time of year, even though it's 45 degrees outside!
The StickyGinger office are looking after themselves by having a daily serving of ZESPRI New Zealand Kiwifruit after Iftar - either in the original green (some like the tangy taste) or new gold (which is for the girly girls who like a sweeter fruit).
Kiwifruit has twice the amount of vitamin C than an orange, 3 times as much vitamin E than an apple, more potassium than a banana and 4 times as much fibre than a celery stick!
It's the SUPER superfruit!
